I was selected to take part in this project during the Dutch Design Week. A one-week design sprint to draw attention to the mental well-being of caregivers and give DDW visitors in a glass-house setting an open look into such a design process. 

A pressure-cooker week with interviewing, designing, testing, and stakeholder evaluation brought about a concept that tries to play a role in transforming the hierarchal and fragmented structure in healthcare, lowering the threshold for care employees to open up.
